Wanted - Sawtooths or LXV or Silverline (Twisted 18")
Wanted set of Sawtooths / LXV (X-Tech) or Silverline (Twisted 18" - any colour). Preferably a set of five. With or without tyres.

Condition not that important as long as they are not damaged or buckled as I'd get them refurbished / painted.

Sawtooths reappeared in the Land Rover MY14 Defender brochure as an original accessory which was not the case in 13, so pretty sure any one who wish can order them direct from dealer again. Read on page 10....

Be carefull putting 265s on, they are 13mm wider already so with 265s you'll add another 15mm! That's 28mm wider then on standard tyres and rims. Even 285s on standard rims are only 25mm wider.

235s on sawtooths are just 2mm narrower then 265s on standard rims, so the look is already there.

Wider tyres aren't better if you want to go off road, you may get better grip but also break things easier because off it.

At least that's my opinion.

2 week ago I had to take hem off because The car's steering was all over the place. Mud dried on the inside made them unbalanced. Couldn't clean them otherwise. They areva great rim though.

So anyone thinking of selling a set with or without tyres? Prefer 5 Very Happy

Not bothered if they need refurbishing / painting, as long as they are not damaged.

I was after some used ones, but it looks as if I may have to buy some new ones. Best price I have seen for five is on fleabay. Very Happy

I am in no rush, just wanted something a little different. If it wasn't for Twisted getting exclusive rights to the Silverline wheels, I'd have gone for a set of them. Devon 4x4 (near me) were selling them at a good price, but obviously no longer available. http://www.silverlinewheels-tyres.com/news/story/11


As my truck doesn't see any muck, then a set of 18s (like the Silverlines) may be my second choice to the Sawtooths. Might have to post a wanted for those Neutral
