Extreme products any good?
Loking around for NAS rear tow steps, I came across the EXtreme range. They also advertise in the glossies.

How strong & durable are their products? Any users here? Land Rover Defenders. 67 years heritage, minimal appearance changes, still going strong all over the world. Not a fashion vehicle, but fashionable to own. Made for the needy, not the greedy. Ta ta Defender

I have a spare wheel carrier from them. Good build quality and strong, but after 2 years use some (small) pieces of coating have fallen off. Would buy again though. Cheers, Vincent

Extreme aren't too bad... most of their stuff was made by http://www.safari-equip.co.uk and you can buy direct.

Having fitted quite a few aftermarket and genuine versions... I would still say genuine was best.

However, the one good thing about Safari Equip is that they will do a galvanised option... either bare, or coated on top.
