I think I know the answer to this already but it just seems such a shame to throw it
I have a 28" wide screen sony jobbie thats on its way to the tip unless someone wants it? its like new although almost 15 years old. its a great tv just a bit on the huge side compared to the modern stuff. its not free view but ideal for connecting to a dvd for example - has good speakers etc like I say just seems too good to simply bin but we have no use for it. |

Put it on E-bay under auction. I had a similar situation with one just a few weeks back. Had a problem but otherwise fine listed it with all the details and it went for £30. not bad considering there is nothing else I could have done with it but get rid of it not to mention the fact I'd have to go specifically with it to do so and diesel too.
