My Girl's let me down today
After 3 1/2 years the first real let down today, went to start the engine it turned over a bit slow but would not fire up. Then the battery gave up. upon jumping it took half a second then it started Very Happy so the battery must have been a little bit down, although nothing had been left on Embarassed

Now do i CTEK it to regenerate the battery or is it due another one....

Secondly it leaking lots through the foam gasket under the windscreen by the hinge covers not sure if i can get it covered under bodywork warranty.... i will try when it goes in next week for its recall........

I have a ctek and every battery I have reconditioned has completely died after a month, a good recharge and it usually lasts another few months in my experience 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon

normally if a battery is knackered its knackered , don't believe that a ctek will make it good again , ctek will recovery a good deeply discharged battery that's been left flat for ages , (mind you so will any charger if you leave it on a low charge for long time ) , but a knackered battery it wont
