Swapping the front side lights for LED equivalents won't cause any issues. Changing the indicators won't work unless you add resistors to provide the necessary load for the flasher relay to work properly. Why you'd only want to change the right turn indicators though is beyond me. Are there no left hand turns where you live?
If you change all four then there are options for alternative relays that will work properly. Mobilecentre can supply all that you would need. Right turns in the UK are obviously riskier...
I'll get some LED bulbs for the front side lights. Land Rover Defenders. 67 years heritage, minimal appearance changes, still going strong all over the world. Not a fashion vehicle, but fashionable to own. Made for the needy, not the greedy. Ta ta Defender |
