Yes, I rather thought it was, thing is I just picked up the car last week and have put about 750 miles on it, fine, took swmbo out for her first spin and decided to try the low range up our very bumpy track and she panicked when she heard the noise
Wants me to take it the local LR dealer for them to check it out! As it's still under warranty I might just do that.
We've got 2 other FWDs and their low ranges are noisy as well, but I don't think she's been in them when I've had to use it.
