I heard a story that a guy that was a friend of Daves came up with the idea and came to Dave for a contact in the trade to manufacture them for him, and then you guys ran with somebody else's product? I believe his defender had the first set, my mate now owns it... |

We developed it we knew think mini owner at the time and he had a landrover and said let's put it on hisnlandy to see what it looked like....but then went and did a deal behind our backs with another landrover company and tried to rip us off. So that person your on about conned us...as he did his former partner in business ,we got wise and protected ourselves before he could steal our name from us....hope that's cleared that up |

Omg you make a good spin on it Claire! I think you will find this bad guy you talk of rang Dave with a complete spec for the whole concept and it was then taken by yourselves! He sounds like a real bad guy, they type to fix your car for free, lend you a car trailer for weeks for free and also bank roll his business partner who did a U turn on a shared business plan! Good luck with the windows, they look good! |
