Hot and Cold air?
Just recently as I have been using the normally excellent heater a bit more in my Puma, I have noticed that there is quite a cold draught around the base of the gear levers, and between the seat bases and side of the cubby box, but only when the footwell and windscreen heater blower is on.

Has anyone else noticed this or is it just me? I am more than used to draughts from my old Series One, but would love to get rid of them in the Puma! Euro-Leafing to infinity and beyond.....

you can get a draught from under seat if one of the slide in panels under seats is not clipped down at the front

Basic physics, hot air rises, pushing colder air down Wink

Both of mine did/do the same Cool Guns and Landrovers .... anything else is irrelevant.

Well at least its not just me. The seat box flaps are secured to, so its not that. Its just a bit annoying, because the heaters are so much better than the old versions. Euro-Leafing to infinity and beyond.....

The joys of a Defender, a cold draught round your knees and feet. I have never know anything but a draught up the side of the seat box, I have used old towel stuffed down the gap in the past to try and block the cold air effecting my right leg and hip. Don't make old people mad.
We don't like being old in the first place,
so it doesn't take much to Censored us off.
