Removing storage box - 90 SVX 60th Anniversary Soft Top
The 90 SVX 60th Anniversary Soft Top comes with a factory fitted storage box in the tub. Has any here got a clue on how to remove this box?

Its rather cumbersome getting stuff and dogs into the car with the box there 2009 Land Rover Defender 90 SVX Soft top 60th Anniversary Edition

easy job 5 minutes or less, 4 bolts that go through the chrome tie down brackets on the top. allen key required. Then just lift out

Hello.
sorry to answer on an old topic.
I also own an SVX soft top.
But the previous owner removed this box and I am looking to buy one.
It is very difficult to find. if anyone has a contact.
I know that several soft top have been transformed into hard top.
therefore the boxes were removed.
If anyone has one to sell.

THe svx box is not very practical. Why not go for an off-the shelf drawer-box like this one - https://www.gearmate.co.uk/product/defende...ocking-pod

also thanks for the link, that sounds like a great product and a great idea.
But I want to keep the spare Wheel inside as original, so I can't find drawer-box with the right size.
Today I want to have a 100 percent original vehicle for the collector's side. That's why I'm really looking for the part originally fitted.

Ok. I have modified my car slightly and I´m not using the box. But sending it to France might be a bit expensive. 2009 Land Rover Defender 90 SVX Soft top 60th Anniversary Edition
