After a bit of research I have found this. Says it all really Bow down Bow down Bow down

The Corps of Royal Engineers features in a poem 'Sappers' by Rudyard Kipling, which includes the lines:

- "There's only one Corps that is perfect - that's us; An' they call us Her Majesty's Engineers" 110 D250 SE HT

I have a Maxpedition Jumbo Versipack http://www.maxpedition.com/store/pc/JUMBO-VERSIPACK-p6.htm

It has various compartments, will carry a 32oz bottle, can be worn in various ways and will take an ipad. The concealed carry weapon compartment is ideal for documents or there is a pouch you add to the strap that sits across your chest.

There are lots of different colours too if you don't want the MIL look. There are also smaller versions, but I wants the ability to carry an ipad and this is the smallest one that will take it.

If you need advice on all the different ones then let me know.

Thanks for the reply guys and fellas Thumbs Up

Brought a 5.11 rush 12i In the end. Meets all my needs for a pack that size, only thing and probably the biggest, found it uncomfortable wearing it for over a few hours. My wife found this also, we both have experience of packs so know a good and bad pack.

As its been purchased not for lugging and hill walking etc and chosen more for the design of the storage compartments to be used as a bag in and out the vehicle, chucking in the tent, pop to woods etc, it's ok.

I did look at the MTP Bag but was ruled out as it seamed to only come in a camo version.

Tack
