Just got 2 quotes from the dealer for the future servicing of my land rover (it was them planning ahead)
I should add before loads of people go on about going to independent etc etc (i have a friend that owns one and i can do it myself, so now major worries), this is just information and the dealer trying to sell me their version of the future service needs for the defender.
I thought i would share with you the prices, this is no service plan and based on about 6k miles a year:
48k £777.80  (inc Vat) - This is a larger service!
60k £446 (inc Vat)
72k £656 (inc Vat)
Total: £1879
Service plan total is for the three £1,674 over three years, fixed, no vat, all main service parts (genuine) about £53pm
No obviously there is no bartering - these are the straight Main Dealer Prices...just to warn you! Mike
