Hope you can help please I have a 2010 defender and I am having problems with my local main dealer relating to warranty work dating back to September last year. I have made numerous phone calls and no call back (all dates recorded) and in the end went through customer services who initially helped put me through to a more senior manager who now is also failing to return my calls. I am funding an extended warranty and now have several more issues with my defender as well as the outstanding repairs, my main concern now is I can not lock my vehicle or alarm
