That's something like I'm after, I was sure I saw a single DIN Handsfree HU. 3 Pre outs too ain't bad at all either. So I'm hoping that is a simple ISO plug n play so to speak?

If you mean changing over from the LR HU to the Kenwood then yes it is. If you don't already have some ISO radio release keys you can either get a pair (costs peanuts) and that will make the job a lot easier. Failing that just take out the centre dash. You'll also need a single DIN cage but make sure to check if the HU comes with one as standard or you may end up with two. Thumbs Up $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R

Well today I was demo'd a KDC-BT52U

http://www.kenwood-electronics.co.uk/produ...KDC-BT52U/

It has the built in Handsfree kit and Microphone, 3 Pre-outs and basically all I need in a HU. So promptly bought one Mr. Green . Now I need to build a contraption behind and below the rear DC seats to hold a Sub/Amp and a pair of 6x9's

Excellent. Thumbs Up I assume the mic is still external though for the BT?
And for 6x9's I've got just the one's I'd recommend. If you want some good power that is from a premium brand. Wink $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R

Yes I think so. I'm now entering the realms of what size Amp I'd need Whistle , enough to power one Sub and 2 6x9's.

You're recommendation wouldn't start with a Part No KDC would it Wink . I think I might stay with Kenwood as I have never had a problem with them except for a Mask Mechanical fault once

Nope. These - Kenwood KFC-S6994
Amp wise you can either go for a 3 channel (not the best option)
Or a stereo 2 chanel and a mono 1 chanel Amp
If you try to find a 3 channel I would say you'll have trouble getting the power ratings to match well and also dependant how confident you are more complicated. Two Amps you can easily "daisy chain" providing they are capable of it. If not there are other ways around it. Sub & Sub Amp I would recommend either Kicker or Kenwood both I would recommend. In your case you are probably best to stick with Kenwood as a full match to the rest for quality and compatibility. If your looking for a big power output though and don't mind spending a fair bit more then kicker maybe an option.
Thumbs Up $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R

They look good. The man I bought the unit from says I should build the install and then take the vehicle to him for viewing. He'd then give me a recommendation on sizes.

No problem at all. Would you like my E-mail address via PM?
And I assume then you want to make the box and everything first then? Be sure to get your internal box volume correct for your intended 6x9's / Sub so you get a good quality and frequency.
I know your not going to as of yet but what size sub were you thinking? $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R

Gotta start build the enclosures behind and under the rear of the DC seats. Arrived today the head unit, Sub,and 6x9's

Head Unit Kenwood KDC-BT53U
rear Sub Kenwood KFC-W112s 800w 12"
6x9's Kenwood KFC-M6934A 360w
3mtr Acoustic Black Carpet
2 cans of Heavy duty spray adhesive

All I need now is a Amp, not sure on what size would power that lot though, and the wiring kit.

Looks like a weekend of fun
