England 1998 Defender 90 300 Tdi PU Rutland Red
rear bulkhead
Hi all.

In the continuing quest for more internal storage in the cab of my 90 pickup i have happened upon what might be abit of a wheaze .

My idea being to square off the inclined section of the bulkhead between the wheel boxes.might not be much but it would be ideal for wellies and a dry coat.

Question is would an 2mm ally plate riveted at two inch centers with 4.8mm rivets be adequate to retain the integrity of the bulkhead?

Cheers. Rhubarb and custard let fly with their secret weapon.
