What did you use to loosen this bolt, I''ve tried a philips screwdriver, an allen key, but nada. |

You need a set of Torx screwdrivers or keys - like these

Thanks Bob! FFS, why can't everyone just use normal screws and we only ever have to one ONE set of screwdrivers!? |
