Shock replacment, is it standard height???

Replacing the turret rings today as old ones were rather crusty, shocks out and they make a fair bit of noise and have a judder to them so thinking i should replace them at the same time.

So daft question of the day, i this standard height? (it's my first defender sorry...). The tyres are 265/75/16
