Glyn, the point of the French comment printed on top of the picture is not about "her", but about a certain "he" in the picutre who does not raise his hand......

Maybe put it in google translate

And the way the others do raise their hand, including the British PM, has - lucklily - nothing to do with a "salute to..." whatsoever.
