The plugs are Tyco Amp Multilocks but I've not had any luck finding a source to date.
I use "convoluted tubing" from Vehicle Wiring Products MAD COW 2007 90 Hard Top - 2009 BMW F800GS - 2002 CCM 604E Dual Sport Project90 |

I got it from Dingoparts which was linked from the thread here and comes with the right crimp pins.
Both packets turned up this morning, great service. |

Found the link to Dingocroft under the thread on heated windscreens:
http://shop.dingocroft.co.uk/acatalog/Electrical_Miscellany.html Now I'm all set for a few other electrical upgrades, that I can wire in to standard looking switches. Having a base model, I have five blanks I can replace! MAD COW 2007 90 Hard Top - 2009 BMW F800GS - 2002 CCM 604E Dual Sport Project90 |

After much consternation I am finally getting there with my driving/spotlight wiring loom. Switch and associated wiring from dash to under drivers seat loomed in, main feed from battery to under driver's seat and from under driver's seat to front of vehicle all loomed in heatshrunk and spyrowrapped for extra protection. Just need to tie it all in with the two relays and relay base still to be fitted. Brackets engineered to hang lights from A Bar, (needed to bring the lights forward to fit due to air conditioning). Happy with the result but had a day today where everything I touched seemed to turn to ! Came right in the end though! Just need Santa to deliver my Lightforce XGTs now. Off up pub to imbibe in some Central Heating For Tramps (Cider) and a Christmas meal with my mates and their wives and chicks! Happy days!
Happy Christmas! If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |
