If that is the case then you would not agree with where Land Rover mount their normal trailer plugs either below the rear cross member attached to the tow plate or in the rear cross member.


Due to the poor location of the trailer plugs as fitted by Land Rover main dealer on the tow bar and having them corrode out, on our red 110 they are now mounted on rear panel above the rear cross member. Have very few problems since mounting it there.

However you might need a shorty curly extension lead.
