I'm currently sitting in Bracknell Tyre & Battery where I've made myself really unpopular by asking for two tyres to be mounted and the tyres on all four road wheels to be flipped Darren

Bought a land anchor, tree sliders and an ET Elite front seat. With 25K miles coming up in the next week, I'll be celebrating with more modding.
Still to come X-Eng handbrake, are their cables stronger than OE ones that LR use? Land Rover Defenders. 67 years heritage, minimal appearance changes, still going strong all over the world. Not a fashion vehicle, but fashionable to own. Made for the needy, not the greedy. Ta ta Defender |

I don't think xeng cables are as good as land rover ones, but much much better price. I think they are a happy medium between cost and quality.
Got a pic of the seat? Cost? Quality, thoughts? Andy |

Fed up with nowhere to store my umbrellas in the back, decided some spare 40mm plastic pipe would be just the thing to get them out of the way underneath the rear seats:

Makes me sick!!! In a world where some people have no umbrellas others come on here flaunting both of theirs.....
Great idea, I wonder if I could get all three of mine stored there? Youve even placed them the correct war around so the driver & passenger can access theirs Is that a mild form of OCD or just good thinking?

Unnecessary quote removed
I'd like to think the latter but others may suggest otherwise |

What a brilliant mod ! Simple and effective - one of those "Why didn't I think of that?" Nice one. Cheers,

Clever stops the muddy boot being rested on them. Now how much do I need to cut of the next doors drain pipe? Don't make old people mad.
We don't like being old in the first place, so it doesn't take much to us off. Richard |
