Just moved ours - our "garden/smallholding" is rather muddy at the moment and it was parked out of the way to let an oil lorry in earlier . Slid sideways for about 10ft, stopped just before hitting a tree. Oops! VERY slippery here! Defender 110XS SW gone... now VW California 180 4 Motion.

Went to pick up some free parts from a mate who runs a Series2 parts company from a local farm - lovely spot but "Elektra" needed her bottom jet washed afterwards Rolling Eyes

Lanes round hertfordshire and essex Mr. Green

Got stopped by police in a freelander on one of the lanes, they were checking laners were sticking to the routes and had insurnace etc, good to see, could not have stopped many today as i saw no one today, had the routes all to myself Mr. Green

So the boys in blue were out for an off road bimble looking for high level criminal activity, in the middle of nowhere, stopping one owner of an Uber expensive defender just to check out the size of his winch and the thickness of his chequer plate - man I need a new job Whistle
