Got back from shooting and my new foam for the seats and bikini hood (2a) had arrived from Exmoor Trim. Going to use the box they came in as another garage or extension to the flat .

Fascinating. Steve. Owned numerous Land Rover vehicles of all shapes and sizes over the decades. Current Defender: A non tarts hand-bagged Puma 110 XS USW. [Insert something impressive here such as extensive list of previous Land Rovers or examples of your prestigeous and expensive items, trinkets, houses, bikes, vehicles etc] http://forums.lr4x4.com I used to be Miserable ...but now I'm ecstatic. |

Just about to get it out of the garage for a week long trip to Snowdonia , Machynlleth and Barmouth expect to have a great time.
The best thing is the hedges I cant see over in the car I can in the landy, the tracks I cant drive in the car I can in the landy. I am however a bit worried that my rear seat passenger may get uncomfortable (62 year old aunt)! DEFENDER 90 TDCI XS, I hope everyone is well and your land rovers make you happy |

No I havnt, I fdo ancy one but then it wont fit in the garage, I do however have a small trailer for my bikes and some of the luggage so the Aunt will just be sharing with the Dog (Welsh Border Collie) and a Tortoise (can leave her at home alone). Its the angle your legs have to take and the fact you have to stoop to see out of the window that worries me. Oh well lots of coffee and fag breaks I think will be in oder DEFENDER 90 TDCI XS,
I hope everyone is well and your land rovers make you happy |

YESTERDAY: Picked the Defender up from the port.... Only took 6 hours to clear customs- Cyps really can be some of the least helpful people in the world when they want to. Offer them £50 and where one minute something is impossible it is suddenly done in quick time. Then got back to camp for a BBQ, drinks and karaoke.
TODAY: Recovered from my hangover and then walked to work to pick her up and took a few pictures on the drive home Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Just need to register and MOT it now, Glyn :sheep: Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated |

I normally take the 'quick' route in which takes 5 mins on the main road through camp, but I always take the bondu route home.... which takes 30 mins as I have fun down loads of trails and there are a few areas which have jumps for when I am on the bike . Sure is... might leave it till after August though as the temperature is getting brutal at the moment. It starts to cool down in September. Then I will have to fit a dog box to the bike so he can come into work with me every day Everything is nicely coming together Glyn |
