I've just delivered my kids to an off-road driving event being run by their Explorer group. Due to Covid 19 safety measures, I wasn't allowed to stay unfortunately but it was very satisfying to know that they'll be doing it. Both have driven mine a bit and both have been learning to drive via a Young Driver course so despite being the youngest at fifteen, they should really get the most out of it

Wooden chopsticks yes, wooden forks, a big no from me.
Of course the best way is to buy an unsliced loaf, hollow out the centre, put your fish & chips in and munch away. Haven't done that since my schooldays. |

Quite by chance today, I came across this post:
Oobah Butler (@Oobahs) Tweeted: Chips by the sea are fine, but never trust anything fuelled by nostalgia. To find the greatest chips, you need to head into the heartlands of misery; places where there is no hope other than the chip. Where the chip is all they have. Talking, of course, about the West Midlands https://twitter.com/Oobahs/status/1312019391157080064?s=20 Some of the tweets are cracking. Then there's discussion of orange chips in the Black Country, which I haven't a clue about. |

Quite, I was commenting as eating utensils in general rather than specifically for fish & chips.
