Assisted in some light tree felling as if I needed an excuse to play with the winch.

Took it out to arrange for tyres to be swapped onto new wheel and to get the 2007 tyres removed and some new rubber put on in exchange. Three new grabber AT going on along with 5 cream Wolf rims . Roll on Thursday. Don't make old people mad.
We don't like being old in the first place, so it doesn't take much to us off. Richard |

Took a trip to JE MotorWorks (JE Engineering) this morning. Could've easily spent tens if not hundreds of thousands there, had that sort of money been in my account. 😟
Drove out with a Tune + or Stage 2 on my 2003 TD5 110. Larger intercooler, filer and remap. My straight through exhaust sounded awesome as I watched the technician take it out on its test run. First impressions are the pull in 3rd and 4th is fantastic. It also seems to cruise on the motorway with the GKN engaged much nicer. The whole driving experience just seems a little nicer. Awesome place with great staff. It's still day 1 but would recommend so far! Click image to enlarge Strong people are harder to kill and generally more useful! |

I fitted a Alpine CD173BT, with some (2nd hand but new) OE speakers to mine. Simple plug and play.
The biggest challenge was removing the fascia panel and threading the microphone wire through. Regards David Dave's not here man... |

Spent the day in Kielder looking for new tracks to use on the Kielder 4x4 Safari and doing a bit of tree trimming on some of the other tracks

Did some housework on the back storage arrangements. I have mounted my mini spade with a view to getting an ex military one soon, Mounted my fire extinguisher using a couple of quick fists and with them brought some Wolf boxes off Brendan at Overlander 4x4 to store my recovery gear and assorted items.
