Wing Replace or repair?

I'm looking into getting the defender into shape in my eyes. It had a snorkel and headlamp grills and i dont like them at all.

How much work is it to change the light (front) of a wing? is it a spot weld job? To get rid of the two holes in the wings.

and for the wing side panels are they likely to fit first time ? with land rover tolerances and remakes im worried that they wont mach up right to the bulkhead.

Or am i better buying two front wings. gulp

I have just replaced the outer wing panel.bought on eBay sprayed by Morrisons Stirling,excellent fit, but a little tricky with the wide threaded bolts that need to be exactly straight.Cant comment re sidelight panels
