has anyone had this leak ?

Well I thought I had fixed my leaks (wet footwells) by sealing the window frame/bulkhead gap but I am now beginning to realise that with these vehicles as soon as you've fixed one problem there's a queue of others waiting to pop up.
Just above the rusty bit in the pic there's the bulkhead insulation and if you put your hand behind it its wet although just in that bit ( not left or right of it thankfully)
Has anyone had something similar and could give me a few pointers as to where to check ? Thanks

Got this same leak ... like you can't figure out where it comes from ...

The bulkhead/window frame seal here in Malaysia is done with silicones at the factory.

I also sealed the rubber around the windshield. That has stopped it for the normal rains, but still returns when we have those tropical downpours here.

As far as I can figure it out the water seeps through via the rubber around the windshield.

I had this one and was easily resolved. It was the seal around the false hinges for air vents (puma). Resealed and no problems to date. I hope that helps

thanks for the advice everyone Thumbs Up

Last year I sealed the notorious 'gap' and windscreen rubber and put a thin bead of sealant around the windscreen hinges but it was a quick rough job (I got more on my hands). I need to do it again properly this time !
Good to know thats where its definately coming from
