The 110 didn't have a winch on it last Friday. Also the handbrake was disturbingly useless! It is unfortunate that this event is on the bank holiday weekend when prior commitments must be honoured. |

Only had my confirmation of booking and that said meeting at Raleghs Cross at 10am but to try and get there early.

There has been a change in leader for the day, just don't mention the stuck Gaylander and LRE D4 that tried to rescue it last time I was out with him
I forgot to say on the phone, but if you are heading to Exmoor on the A303 and A358 and it is on Saturday you are more than welcome to stop off at our place for a cuppa

Not me, unless the 90 has driven up there by itself and become a 110 en route
We will be there about 9:30 in the morning, green TD5 90 with Def2 sticker in the windscreen

Good to meet D2 guys & gals & see your LRs first hand. 
Definitely need (at least) one more Defender-only day each year. I hope today was successful & profitable enough for LRE to make it so.  Land Rover Defenders. 67 years heritage, minimal appearance changes, still going strong all over the world. Not a fashion vehicle, but fashionable to own. Made for the needy, not the greedy.
