You could try Wrightons here
Have never used them or their nuts. Powder coated wheel nuts?? My concern would be that powder coating would get damaged on putting nuts on/off Anodise, would that be a possible route?? Brendan |

Are the wheels a taper seating or a tube nut fitting? if taper Matt Lee have black taper nuts for Alloy wheels (think they may be a BritPart item) . If a Tube Nut fitting then the "Wolfrace" style Tube nuts may be the answer though you will need to check that they fit the wheel nut wells as they are for narrow (21mm from memory) wheel nut holes not the wide LR alloy style hole (27mm?) 2023 110 P400e

I've just been looking at those on the interweb, plastic push on covers. Some appear to cover the whole nut and shoulder and some just the nut part. Do they fit the locking wheel nut one as well as the standard nuts? Any recommendations as to which ones are best (in black preferably) - (Halfrauds do them as well by the looks of it) interested in these as i might be going for a colour change on the rims. I think the Wrington ones come in black, seem to remember seeing them at Billing. They are about £30 + vat for set of 20 On a steel wheel they cover the whole not, on an alloy wheel they sit down to the flanged park. They don't actually look that bad on a alloy wheel. Will try and get some pictures later, as I have a set on the shelf. There are proper plastic moulding, not just a cheap nut cover. Very interested.. Especially if you have some pics?
But given they already have a sort of tin cap does it mean I need the basic steel nuts first? Cheers all, wheels should be back today!! |

No they fit over either version - stainless capped or the earlier plain. Can even do you a set in Pink if needed? ![]() Ian IRB The home of the first modified Keswick Green 90 - and the first 2.4 Puma through both the 200bhp and 550Nm barriers. www.IRBdevelopments.com www.facebook.com/irbdevelopments www.integrated316.com www.facebook.com/integrated316 |
