I've never tried to rev above 3200rpm under any circumstance as it sounds a little angry. Though i might wring its neck on the way to work tomorrow just for curiosity sake. It feels pretty comfortable cruising at 2000-2200rpm and keeps me within the speed limits here.
On a completely separate note. Installed new after market axles today due to the oe ones getting sloppy. Feels like a vast improvement. Hope to punish them on some tracks this weekend. I'm thinking my next outlay will be a remap. Cheers Sometimes It is better to ask for forgiveness, than to ask for permission. |

As I use her very often for long distance rides and there's no speed limit she is quite often at about 4000 rounds for a long time. Speed limiter is deactivated and a big intercooler is installed, no tuning or remap. When it`s going downhill or there is tailwind I mostly go off the gas pedal, because I don't want her to rev much higher than 4000 (appr. 155 km/h)
