1994 Defender 110 300 Tdi PU Firenze Red

Since October I've had to replace the transfer box due to a worn input gear. Annoyingly this also revealed wear on the gearbox mainshaft so a recon box from Ashcroft is on the cards later on this month. In the meantime I started to strip down my old transfer to check condition and to replace the input gear.

I also made an attempt to prepare for chassis undersealing treatment before winter came but the relentless Scottish weather didn't give me chance so this will be done come summer when it warm enough for the chassis to dry and the dinitrol to cure fully. Here's a pic of her in hibernation attempting to dry the chassis

In the meantime I'll be taking off the piaa spots and mounting these lightforce 170s.
