United Kingdom 2013 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 USW Stornoway Grey
Wabco ABS problem - IRB / BAS / Lorryman help!
Perhaps a technical guru can offer some advise...

I've recently changed my main loom in my '09 110 in order to gain heated screen and seats. Since I've got it going again, the brake warning light stays dimly illuminated all the time.

I've done some research and it seems there is a 'newly born' mode on the ECU (reference from Nanocom, so the terminology might be a bit out!) which means the light is permanently lit - the ECU seems to enter this mode when it is freshly connected. As an aside, I cannot get communication with the Wabco ECU using a Nanocom Evolution - surely not a coincidence?

I'd try going for a drive, but the vehicle isn't road registered yet so can only zip along 50m of drive - and no change yet!
