I have used it on the wing tops and sills , first class stuff. Best on the market by a mile in terms of quality and the price is no where near the genuine Land rover stuff !!!

Sitting on the bonnet lamping,
Climbing on the bonnet to access the front of the roofrack Somewhere to rest the tools without scratching the wings. Because they want too. If you don't like it don't fit it, and if you can't imagine what it looks like then just do a search on google. Live and let live, if people want to paint their Land Rovers Pink with blue spots then fine as long as their enjoying themselves who cares Original Member Pie n Pea Club. 110 HCPU Tipper |

I didn't expect the spanish inquisition!
That's alright though, as you have said, each to their own. I've got checker plate on the wings for the tools, wouldn't have thought of the bonnet as it's usually open when the tools are out As for pink Land Rovers... didn't the British Army start that - and they are a collectors item! 110 2.4TDCi 110 300Tdi LROCV ::: AULRO.com |

Mammoth kit is excelent quailty. I have quite a bit of their stuff on mine. I know they are alittle more pricey than other stuff but the extra is really worth it for the quailty.
I get their news letter (worth signing up for) so I copied this FYI......... Basically "Pumatec is a new range from Mammouth 4x4, despite the availability of 07MY plate Defenders, the current protection is 'lacking' fit, style and fit for purpose. We have spent 9 months developing and testing new shape defender bonnet and wing protection. As per the OE specification, the wing tops stop short of the ariel and are 'skinnier' to accommodate the new bonnet. The new Bonnet protection is a ONE piece in Bare and Black and a 3 piece in Anodised (due to size we cannot 'dip' in the tank, but it's the same unit just pressed where we would fold the single piece). This bonnet covers the entire front, including the' hump' with ease and is easier to fit. It ensures all weak points are accounted for, the primary reason for its development was for utility and expedition use, as the new 'hump' is quite weak when stepped on. There will be photos released next month in the major LR magazines, and more information can be obtained from our distribution network. The 07 Sils and Corners will fit any 90/110, not just 07 models." Boy |
