oil and fluid change- additives (& LR DEF 110 TDI300

Hi Forum,
I have been reading up on a few products pre-and post oil service.

Liqui-moly engine Detox and Friction modifier seems like a good choice moving synthetic Engine oil.

for the Diff and gear box (synth) as well but I also see Liqui-moly Gear Protect additive

Any experience with the above ?

For Flushing the GearBox I see a lot for Auto but FA for Manual - any pointers here (use flush with Diesel white spirit or additive)

any information relevant appreciated
