3 hours ago we drove through and stopped for a drink in the town centre. Roads were clear and while snowing, wasn't settling. However once headed towards Buxton, huge snow drifts and roads white out in places.

Just come back over the cat and fiddle . 4x4 yes anything else forget it .
Buxton to Macclesfield the wind is whipping the snow into amazing drifts. |

I've just watched the weather and theve forecasted 20-40cm of snow over the peaks, hopefully for you Ashbourne is south so hopefully miss it!
