Wiring

Hi, new to this forum. A little about myself. Currently own a 20tdi off rd trayback, w reg td5 90 & a 05 Disco 3 & this is the tip of the ice berg, in the past I have had various defenders , series 3 & discos 1 & 2. Any how my little problem. I at a point on my 200tdi trayback where I am about to rewire the rear lights, when I stripped it down I give no thought to putting it all back.So I have not the manual out & can only find 8 wires BUT on my lom which I have pulled out of the chassis & going to relocate through the truck cab whit a junction box the thred the wire through the tray tube, there are 13 wires !!! so what the f**k do the rest of the wires do ??? can't find any info about this.....

Hi martin these are the wires I have & I think

some I know if the I have read the haines menual right !!

1/ white black tracer................ ????
2/ green white tracer................right turn
3/ red black tracer...............number plate & left tail light
4/red green tracer.............??????
5/purple solid ........................???????
6/green solid .......................reversing light
7/green brown tracer .............?????
8/brown green tracer..............??????
9/red green tracer...............????
10/white purple tracer..............?????
11/red yellow tracer.............. fog light
12/green red tracer ................. left turn
13/green black tracer ...............?????
14/green purple tracer .............. stop light
15/red orange tracer .............. right tail
so what are the rest for ????

I'll look through it in a bit and get your answers, but I'm a bit tied up at the mo.
