Yeah I feel a bit bad hacking into a "brother" as the missus called it, but if they hadn't moved the road closed signs out the way and ignored the advice then they wouldn't be in that trouble. There was another car in front of it that had crashed, been abandoned and totally blocked the road - which is why the road was closed in the first place. It's a well known problem hill in the area and a road the police regularly seal off when the weather is bad. (Probably also the reason people so regularly ignore the road closed signs.) Personally, I was a little ashamed to see it was a Land Rover but it's not the first Land Rover I've seen abandoned after running into trouble because the driver thought they could go anywhere. - and a "Heap" wouldn't have even made it to the road in the first place anyway |
