Caused by electrolosis between different metals.
Coat with Vaseline to stop it happening. |

That is caused by a galvanic reaction when you joint to diferent metals.
By putting the dielectric grease all around reduces the galvanic reaction. Cheers |

Cheers peeps. For now the terminals have been coated in wurth battery grease and then a smear of grease over the top of the terminal. Fingers crossed. 1999 Defender TD5 110
