Intercooler.
In the process of replacing my radiator when I noticed the intercooler fins are just as corroded as the radiator...its not leaking but the bottom layer of fins turn to dust when handled.

Likesay its not leaking...should I replace it or if not broken dont fix ?

Get it re-cored or replaced would be the prudent thing to do before it inevitably does become a problem, which doesn't sound too far off from what you're saying. With many people having had upgrades the chances are you'd pick up an OEM one cheap enough.

Gazman had one for sale less than a week ago for the princely sum of £20....
