Central locking, immobiliser and alarm problem

I have recently purchased a Puma TDCI 90 Pickup and have the following problem,

Press remote control to open car and it sometimes will not open, if you use the key the alarm will go off.
Other times the door will open but the immobiliser is still on.

The lock actuator has been changed but it still has the same problems but now sometimes locks itself while I am driving.

Any ideas please?
