Not that I post many pictures here but I generally upload to photobucket and copy and paste the supplied image code to here.

The above is a sample, apologies for the slightly mucky bits but I couldn't find any photos of a snow cover exquisitely hand crafted by Fijian virgin girls or a hide covered indicator stalk complete with solid gold thread

Or copy and paste the address as above then left click and highlight the whole address in blue and then click the [img] button to the top of the typing box. that will automatically transform the address from www.xxxxxxx.co.uk/4example.jpg
To

Only minus the spaces in the address that i
I've left to show as an example.

the point being you need to upload the pic to a host first, rather than just upload it to the thread which is quicker and easier. Cheers
