Aw c'mon, the only time you have a hot cup of coffee and appreciate one is when you're gearing up to do some work to your Defender, generally it'll be cold or at best like warm as you're too preoccupied with the spanners or that big roll of gaffa tape

Pam - you're right but I fear this thread has grown too fat to move Incidentally, I apologise if my tea comments were off the off topic... Tell someone you love them today because life is short. But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... |

Here is the ultimate espresso maker for us coffee connoisseurs away from our incredibly expensive and sophisticated machines. Every cubby box should have one.

OMLTG (oh my like totally god)
Where did you find that? I'll only have to boil the kettle once for coffee and tea Matt Tell someone you love them today because life is short. But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... |

They even do something more expensive. No need for a kettle here and it comes in a defenderesk case!
... although I do like the phallic design of the pump one just to assert ones manliness and virility over those nancy tea drinkers. http://www.handpresso.com/produit-1-23-han..._case.html |

Naa - it's the whole "bicycle pump" thing that gets me excited
Lavazza took away our free coffee machine at work 'cos we weren't drinking enough of their coffee, so I'm just looking for a 1 cup solution (for my mate) so I can have a tea at the same time Just trying to decide whether to get the new "hybrid" (does ground coffee as well) or stick to the original, pad-only, design. So many "improved" versions tend to be worse as they dilute the original concept... Tell someone you love them today because life is short. But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... |

In for a penny, in for a pound it is then!
For those of you who like you Bialettis you should check out Michael Ellem's pics of his 'travels' with his. Michael is a very talented photographer who specialises in off-roady type stuff in Oz (including pics of our 100" on the OBC twice...) Not sure who can see his Facebook stuff, but here is the link... Some awesome pics - not just of the coffee pot but of the outback and beyond! https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a....amp;type=3 Our blog - http://landytravels.com/ Yorkshire Off Road Club - http://www.yorkshireoffroadclub.net |

Moka pots are pretty good, we have a jumbo sized one and a regular size, both make excellent coffee and can be used on the camp fire.
