Almost certainly servo cracked near to master cylinder mounting studs. With engine running spit near the mounting studs and watch the spit disappear.
TRW servos are good and we’re relatively cheap. |

I think if you spray servo with thin oil, like WD40, it shows the cracks better.

Thanks chaps, I’ll update next week, back into the funny farm (work) tomorrow so won’t get a chance until then Optimists say the glass is half full..
Pessimists say the glass is half empty.. Engineers say the glass is twice the size it needs to be! |

Thanks for the help guys, replaced servo and a massive improvement, the servo was cracked next to the bolt fitting on master cylinder Optimists say the glass is half full..
Pessimists say the glass is half empty.. Engineers say the glass is twice the size it needs to be! |
