How about cementing a matal post 4ft into your driveway and puting a real heavy chain around the axle and attach to the post ?

I have a Puma and the fitting instructions are for a Td5, I'm hoping the Puma set up will allow fitting of this mod especially with the transducer coils final position, plus I have a couple of my own security mods that need to be taken into account when fitting this mod.

Do they include inch long spikes coming out of the steering wheel? Tell someone you love them today because life is short. But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... |

Sorry to hear of your loss......... Will certainly keep a look out for you (although I am rather a distance away)
For added information, the 2.2 Puma engine vehicle (2012MY onwards) have the Battery Back Up unit as standard equipment. It was frequently specified to earlier vehicle also, at is has always been priced at between £95 and £110 as a factory option. If you're unsure as to whether your vehicle has a BBU sounder fitted (especially if you're not the first owner) then you can always call your preferred Land Rover dealership and ask them to run a DDW check on the vehicle which will reveal it's original build spec (that's how I've just learned about mine!) JH. Currently....... all gone...... pending delivery of a mid life crisis....... Previously..... Quite a few! I really am a sucker for them! |

PM the number plate to me (or the last 6 of the chassis number if the vehicle has, or has ever had a private number plate on it) and I'll talk to a friendly person in a dealership who can do it

If you have access to the LR electronic parts catalogue you can look up the original build spec based on either UK registration or VIN. This will tell you whether or not the vehicle left the factory with a BBUS. This is (I think) perhaps unfortunate, since you can bet your bottom dollar that the organized tea-leaf will have access to this information. |

Received the X-Defend Column in double quick time, first impression, nice and chunky and solid - so, before installing, important stuff first ...

When reading the instructions it did strike me that 'blue' is an odd 'warning' colour.
A nice bright red may be more visible |
