Hello
Does anyone know the correct lead to connect this Pioneer radio to an existing Land rover loom, 2009 model? The picture of the leads in the picture closest to the screen are the existing radio plugs, I have not bought the new one yet. Is it still the same answer though?

Yes it is, nearly all aftermarket HU's use female DIN ISO connections.
On your year Defender and the same with mine, they also use DIN ISO connectors. 2007 - 2012 Approx Defender male DIN ISO plugs. 2012 > Adaptor required, but still plug and play. So anyone with a 2007 - 2012 Defender an aftermarket HU will plug straight in. Don't forget your DIN radio cage / sleeve, most come with them when you buy the HU. ![]() β½οΈπ’οΈβοΈπ§°πͺ |
