Chaps, I didn't know where to put this, so off topic seemed fair...
Current Tenants are moving out of my flat before Christmas, and I am keen to get it re-rented ASAP. I bought this flat to live in myself when I was 19 years old, and over 25 years later I still own it (but it's been rented-out for a while, as I now live in Scotland). Two Bedrooms. A year ago it had a full rework, including new floor coverings to 4 rooms, a brand new kitchen, a facelifted bathroom, and full redecoration. It's ground floor with rear garden, shed, and private (allocated) parking. It's unfurnished (as you see in the pics).
