Bad start in the New Year.
Hi,

Bad start for us and our car in the new year......

At 27.688 km I am stuck with all kids And wife on the sliproad again.
We travelled with 110 km/hour when speed suddenly went down. I could not go faster than 40 km/h.
I stopped the car and tried again. I could travell 300 meters before the same problem came up again.
I called Landrover Assistance at exactly 2:00 and am still waiting (now 2:56).
There is no mil light on as with previous problems. I guess it is the EGR valve.
I tanked 102.9 km ago BP Ultimate Diesel.

Happy New Year

Quirin

It is now 4:05 and we are with the help of LRA home.

No fault codes. The assistance car drove behind us. Afther 2 km. same problem and temperature rose quickly.
No cooling liquid in the system anymore. I went direct to the left hand side. It was the same problem as before. À punctured hose due to the use of the wrong clips by LR.

It was raining as hell so the assistance man only filed up to get us home (he followed us up to our front door).

Tomorrow the dealer will be closed probably. So the first oportunity for him to order party's will be Wednesday.
Again a couple of day's no use of my car. Just when I need it most.

Cheers.

Q.
