Dear all,
I have the non-remappable MSB defender ECU.. this obviously means i have two options to tune... Bin the MSB and buy a NNN ecu or go for the traditional solder on a new chip job.... I have seen this offer here http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/LAND-ROVER-TD5-D...19d31dd026 And on phoning up the chap he said that it would be possible to do a full custom tune for my car write it to the chip and solder it onto the ecu? - So does this sound like it is possible? Does anyone have any experience of Monster Tuning for td5? Would anyone have any recommendations of tuning for my wagon.... I plan on upgradaing things slowly over the years so obviously I dont want to have to remap, buy an intercooler, remap, new turbo, remap.... obviously it will need remaping every time something major is changed buy want to avoid paying if posible?? Just want people thoughts really many thanks in advance |

We can offer a full live and custom mapping service on the TD5, though im sorry not at the same price as shown on ebay. This is mainly due to the much extra work needed in live custom emulation and mapping process, here is a link showing the hardware we use on the TD5 for the live taylored custom tuning where the customer requests.
http://www.evc.de/en/product/ols/ols300/default.asp Using this emulation process we can see exactly what is going on with the car while we drive it as it inputs information live into our tuning software. http://www.evc.de/en/product/ols/software/default.asp This service has a start price depending on requirements of 295gbp. Regards Pete |
