- Security - Factory fitted alarm and imobiliser. Was also hitched to a large box trailer with hitch lock fitted when taken. This was removed also and the trailer was left behind. Was parked in farm yard which is covered with security lights and CCTV. Police are reviewing the videos.

- Distinguishing features - factory plastic A-frame and spot lights. Boost alloys.

- South Yorkshire police are handling this. Don't know crime number at the moment as posting on behalf of my dad who's landy it is

Bit of an update:

The police have not recovered the landy and the CCTV didn't show anything useful. They have however apparently arrested 4 people in the area in the process of stealing another landy. They were stopped as part of a routine check near Holmfirth because they were towing a landy on the back of a trailer in the early hours of the morning last Sunday. They were being followed by a Transit which was full of tools and recovery gear.

They suspect these are the guys that are responsible for stealing my dads landy but haven't found anything yet to link them too it. They do however suspect that they are also part of a larger group/gang.

So some progress at least. Lets hope they dodn't just let them off with slapped wrists
