That would be a great combination I reckon, especially if they made 90-specific bumperettes to allow for the mudflaps. |

JMG if you do a search on Google Images for 'Defender Rear Ladder' there are several short ladders depicted fixed to the nearside rear quarter that would not impinge on the swing away or bumperette at all.

Hardcharger, if you need any help with Safari Equip give me a shout as we supply their gear and are very close to the factory.
JMG, with a 90 you have a large choice of wheel carriers. The Patriot roof rack ladder bolts above most rear bumperettes onto the two rear cross member to body tub bolts. So ladder is not an issue.. HTH Brendan |

Hi HC we have sent wheel carriers to Australia, Zambia, Philippines etc.
If it goes outside the EU then we deduct UK VAT of 20% from the goods. Web shop does not do carriage automatically for foreign destinations, so will need delivery address to work out carriage costs. Brendan |

Here's my modded Safari Equip bumpeerette:
![]() Click image to enlarge ![]() Click image to enlarge The inner support has been shortened by 5mm, so that it meets the Naka Stainless Wheel Carrier (which has a 5mm plate at this point. The inner part of the inner bracket has been removed. It still looks mighty strong. £30 IIRC at my local blacksmiths... Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's) |

Is it not possible to add a 5mm spacer piece (to match)to the outer side attachment ...I know it would make the off side bumper 5mm further out than the nearside but it would save you some dosh and most people would not notice!

I did think of that, but you would still need to cut-off the innerside of the innermost bracket (with my combi anyways)... Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's)

Would the Safari Bumperettes fit when the vehicle has LandRover chequer plate on the rear corners?
