2008 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 CSW Java Black

oil change intervals..

Hello,
I just returned from a great 8 thousand kilometer trip. ( All aorund the old yugoslavia) and I am wondering what the intervals are on changing oil. I ( being from the us) had always changed the oilat about 3500 miles or so, but I have a feeling this is different.
First maintance is at 24000 kilometers, but does that include oil? any help would, well , be helpful.
oh, and the 110 defender ran excellently on both Euro 4 diesel and the older stuff that you can still get in the areas aforementioned.

12k miles/20k kms not 24k kms oil change part of the first service. 2.4 90 XS
1968 1/32 scale Britains 109 Pick up.
